My doctors can use kareo to get the reports they need if by chance I'm away and they want to see how the month end is going.
Its cheaper no hassle with contracts,claims are paid faster,user friendly,and I don't have to be in the office to get my work done. I have been doing billing for the same practice since 1994 and for the last almost 2yrs. What we found were substantial hidden savings and superior functionality. We laugh now at how afraid we were of hidden costs, etc. We had that kind of downtime at least weekly on the in-house system. When you add in the fact that we've experienced 30 minutes of downtime (during business hours) in over 3 years (local road crew cut our cable) well, there's just no comparison.
